System Milch

«System Milch» (System Milk) deals with the complexities of dairy production in Central Switzerland. Insights into the factory of famous Swiss dairy producer Emmi and a family farm in Emmen show a system changing under pressure: Climate change, destabilized prices, new trends and different lives.

The work should show, maybe explain, but not teach. Because things might not be as clear and polarised as they seem. Charts, photographs, explanatory texts and interviews are part of the concept book. The work was showed in a group exhibition at Hochschule Luzern in spring 2022.
